Why Newman Electric
Built Around
How GCs Actually Work
Most GCs have been burned by electrical subs at some point. No-shows on pre-drywall, permit delays that blow the inspection date, rough-in that passes but looks sloppy behind the drywall. Newman Electric is run by a crew that came up through construction and understands what actually matters on a job site.
Priority Scheduling
Repeat contractor partners get held dates on our schedule. When your drywall is coming next Tuesday, we're there Monday.
L&I Permits Handled
Every electrical permit on our scope is ours. We pull, we schedule, we pass inspection. You don't chase it.
Net-30 Invoicing
Established contractor accounts bill on standard net-30 through QuickBooks. No surprises, no chasing invoices.
Volume Pricing
Repeat contractor partners get rates that reflect the relationship. Not inflated job-by-job pricing like you'd see on a single-call homeowner.
Dedicated Point of Contact
Ryan handles your account. Not a rotating cast. Same phone, same person, same accountability across every job.
Licensed & Insured
WA License NEWMAEL798DR, A+ BBB, general liability and workers comp on every crew member. Certs available on request.

How It Works
Starting as a Contractor Partner
First meeting is usually at one of your active job sites so Ryan can walk through the scope with you. No paperwork to sign up front. After the first couple of successful projects, contractor accounts move to net-30 invoicing and priority scheduling.
Introductory call or site visit
We meet at your job or on the phone, talk about your project types, frequency, and what you need from an electrical sub.
First project scope
We price the first job, hold a clear date on the schedule, pull the permit, and do the work. First 1-2 jobs typically run on 50/50 or progress billing.
Move to ongoing partnership
Net-30 invoicing, volume pricing, and priority scheduling. Single point of contact (Ryan), consistent crew, consistent quality.
